The following list numbers the documents required to complete your claim through our website:

Regular Claim:

-    Photo identification (driver's license, passport, electoral card, resident visa or military identification)
-    Vehicle registration valid at the accident date 
-    Damages estimate prepared by a tinsmith workshop registered under the Merchants Registry of the Department of Treasury 
-    Photos of the damages presented on the claim
-    Photos of your car odometer (millage)
-    Photo of your vehicle identification number (VIN)
-    Photo of the front and back angle of the vehicle involved in the accident
-    Photo of your vehicle’s annual permit sticker
Deductible Claim:
In addition to the documents mentioned before you must also submit the following:
-    Breakdown statement of your insurance company’s payments for the repair of your vehicle
-    Copy of the checks issued by your insurance company
-    Copy of the damages estimate
If you are under the age of 21 you must also submit the following:
-    Birth certificate issued after June 1st, 2010
-    Proof of kinship of your parent or guardian
-    Your photo identification (if available) and photo identification of your parent or guardian
-    If married, you must present a marriage certificate
-    If you are emancipated, you must present the emancipation title together with the demographic registry certification or affidavit stating your status

Once all the required images have been uploaded, you will be able to see them in the section identified as “Your user profile.” When accessed, “Your user profile” will show you the status of each document.
