¿Which documents must I upload?

The documents will only be allowed in pdf, jpg or tiff format and images in jpg format..

If you are under 21 years of age, you must provide the following documents:

Photo of Vehicle’s Damages

Photo of your vehicle’s identification number

Photo of your annual permit sticker

Photo of your vehicle’s odometer (millage)

Upload photos of all sides of your vehicle. A maximum of 2 photos per side only please.

You have just completed the upload of required documents and/or photos in your claim. Thank you for using our website to complete your claim. It is always a pleasure serving you!

1. The day of your appointment you must bring the vehicle involved in the accident for inspection of damages claimed. Please do not repair the vehicle until it is inpeccionado by ASC staff.

2. If you have available a copy of the Traffic Accident Report (complaint) you can bring it to your appointment. This document is not required.

3. If at the time of the accident, the vehicle could not move under its own power because of the accident, you should take to your appointment the evidence of payment made by the trailer or crane. It will be honored only services provided by cranes duly authorized by the Public Service Commission of Puerto Rico. Additional details on this benefit are available on our policy under section Supplementary Payment.
